Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts at Pilatique Pilates Studio. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and supporting the overall growth of our Pilates and fitness services. As part of a collaborative team, you will spearhead our marketing team, and work together with instructors, and management to elevate our brand and its message across various channels, including social media, print, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

o Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

o Collaborate with the studio team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing campaigns, brand identity, and business objectives.

o Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to optimize performance.

2. Content Creation & Management

o Create engaging and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts, that resonate with Pilatique’s target audience.

o Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across platforms and timely promotion of events, classes, and special offers.

o Produce visually compelling assets that drive engagement and conversions.

3. Community Engagement & Growth

o Build and nurture Pilatique’s online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and answering inquiries in a timely manner.

o Monitor reviews and feedback on social media platforms, ensuring high levels of customer service and fostering positive relationships.

o Grow the studio’s follower base through organic and paid social strategies, focusing on engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

4. Paid Social Media Campaigns

o Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to increase visibility, reach new audiences, and drive conversions.

o Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.

5. Analytics & Reporting

o Track social media metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic generated from social platforms.

o Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the marketing team, using data to refine and optimize future strategies.

6. Stay Updated on Trends

o Continuously research and keep up-to-date with social media trends, audience behaviors, and emerging platforms to ensure Pilatique remains relevant in the social media space.

o Implement innovative tactics that differentiate Pilatique from competitors and enhance the overall social media experience.

7. Partnership & Collaboration

o Identify and build partnerships with local influencers, fitness experts, and wellness brands that align with Pilatique’s values.

o Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and digital marketing agencies, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

· 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a creative role within the wellness, fitness, or health industry.

· Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and associated analytics tools.

· Expertise in creating engaging content (graphics, videos, and written) tailored to various platforms

· Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.

· Familiarity with fitness or wellness industries is a plus.
