  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for timely preparation of management accounts and financial reports, analyse and report variances to facilitate management decision-making.
  • To prepare annual budget, business plan, profit and cashflow forecasts to facilitate the tracking and monitoring of the financial situation.
  • To keep an accurate record of all daily transactions.
  • To monitor the Accounting and Treasury Policies and Procedures.
  • To ensure the monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To monitor sufficient cashflow and bank facilities.
  • To ensure compliance to all regulation requirements.
  • To handle special projects or improve work processes as and when is required by the superior.
  • To perform other assignment as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Professional Certificate such as ACCA/ CPA or equivalent
  • 6 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the property development industry
  • Knowledge in MFRS and/or IFRS
  • Familiar with IFCA system
  • Analytical thinking with attention to details
  • A good team player
  • Work location: Kepala Batas, Penang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
