Job Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing materials, goods, products, services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
  • Prepare issue purchase orders , and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with suppliers.
  • Handle any discrepancies or issues with received products and coordinate returns or exchanges as necessary.
  • Checking supplier statement of account to ensure payments are within terms and follow up with outstanding payment.
  • Maintain and update the master list of purchasing data.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure timeliness of information & data accuracy.

Job Requirement & Qualifications :

  • Diploma and above or related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and social skills.
  • Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
  • Required language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia, and mandarin will be added advantage in dealing with relevant supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
