Key Responsibilities 1. Diagnostics - Perform fault diagnosis followed by repair 2. Maintenance - Perform service and maintenance tasks and any tests that may be required by law 3. Repair work on vehicle components 4. Modifications and retrofits Core Responsibilities 1. ECU Coding 2. Perform service and repair all systems within a vehicle up to 3.5T include engine, exhaust system, air conditioning and electronics. 3. Solving complex faults using ODIS (Off-board Diagnostic Information System) on TGE. 4. Carry out electrical and electronic diagnosis using measuring box VAS 6356. 5. Access and retrieve information from MAN erWin Portal for service and repair information. 6. Perform repair work on hydraulic brake system. Job Responsibilities 1. Perform monologue reception (vehicle inspected in the absence of the customer). 2. Maintenance - Provide work performance (repair work, maintenance, inspection, assembly, etc.). 3. Documentation - Record the productive activities (if necessary) 4. Prepare the vehicle for handback, including cleaning. 5. Clean the workplace, protect and maintain all tools and equipment by only using them in the prescribed manner and returning them to their place of storage immediately after use. 6. Immediately report any loss, shortage, damage or malfunction of tools and equipment or if any additional tools or equipment are required to complete the repair. 7. If there is a repair extension, notify the workshop manager/foreman for further clarification/approval. Job Requirements 1.Attend training and keep updated with the latest technical information which is circulated or displayed. 2.
