About the Role:
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform physical checking and minor repair on building interior
- Perform checking inside building; flooring, wall, door, painting etc.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
- Monitor contractors engaged by the company for maintenance/repair works
- Comply with company rules and regulations and adhered to company standards
- Ensure that the building is maintained to a high standard at all times.
- Maintain the stock levels of all general maintenance kit
- Support other divisions or any special assignment given by supervisor with consideration of the health conditions of the individual.
- To ensure no violation of safety, environment & legal issues in this area of responsibility.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to perform duties independently
- Hands on experience.
- Willing to work overtime.
