Client and Account Management:

  • Understand the client’s business objectives and advertising strategy.
  • Ensure work delivered to the client is of the highest standard; review all key documents, visuals and presentations before distribution
  • Lead the team in the preparation of budgets and estimation for creative proposals and communication plans.
  • Develop close relationships with clients and agency partners
  • Work with the team to actively improve the optimization of social media campaigns and creative output
  • Estimate timelines, lead weekly project status meetings, and reporting on project status
  • Ensure creative deliverables and social media plans comply with the client’s long-term brief and strategy.
  • Ensure standard processes are rolled out across campaigns
  • Champion innovative solutions in every project and push the boundaries of conventional communication thinking
  • Work with internal specialist units to deliver the best response/service to clients
  • Create and maintain relationships with external agencies, key partners, and KOLs
  • Up to date with current trends and hot social media topics and able to innovatively integrate the trend with the client’s brand

Leadership and Management

  • Support the Client Servicing Director in managing the team
  • Ensure financial reconciliations successfully
  • Work with the Client Servicing Director to identify organic growth via incremental revenue opportunities
  • Inspire the team, leading by example, providing clear direction, feedback, and support
  • Mentor key talents and develop the team’s competencies and skills
  • Assign individual resource responsibilities, and help identify appropriate resources needed

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of manager’s experience working agency-side in an international or local agency role
  • Must have a strong digital and social media knowledge, both across planning and activation
  • Able to produce strong insights
  • Able to present to senior-level clients and peers
  • Able to work under pressure and multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communicator
  • Build excellent working relationships with colleagues
  • Eye for detail
  • Able to assess the effectiveness of creative output and ensure the standard is up to client’s expectation
