  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Assistant Finance Manager will support the Finance Manager in managing the financial activities of the organization. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Assist in the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Provide financial insights and support for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Assist in audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
  • To manage a portfolio of investment properties, including rental collection, sale of properties, tenant management, new property inspections, property maintenance, etc.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with financial projects and analysis.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in accounting or finance function
  • Knowledge of full set account & accounting system
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid accounting & internal control skills & tax knowledge
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timelines

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
