Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced_ Finance Manager _who can confidently handle financial intricacies and leading a finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

Key Responsibility:

• Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and conduct forecasting and risk analysis.
• Preparing and presenting financial statements and reports to stakeholders.
• To track and control monthly expenditure, monitor and verify all contracts. and payments before cheque signatory signs.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and optimize working capital.
• To manage a portfolio of investment properties, including rental collection, sale of properties, tenant management, new property inspections, property maintenance, et.
• Prepare and present financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and coordinate audits.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in accounting or finance function
• Present well in english, mandarin will be a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills
• Solid accounting & internal control skills & tax knowledge
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
