ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

• Manage day to day administration, paperwork, and filing.
• Assisting in coordinating sales transactions, including invoicing.
• Provide support to sales by updating inventory stock balance.
• Assist in generating weekly and monthly report.
• Manage office supplies procurement, including sourcing and quotation compilation.
• Able to come to office daily.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in admin or any related field.
• Experience using UBS systems.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail- oriented with high level of integrity and responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
