Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Program Management Analyst at Softenger located in Kuala Lumpur City. The Analyst will be responsible for project coordination, program management, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. They will oversee project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Project: GREAT EASTERN through NTT Data, permanent role with Softenger

Eligible: Only local citizen candidates

• Local Citizen: RM 7,500 per month;
• Experience: 5+ Years of experience

Work Location: Menara Great Eastern, Level 5 | 303 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur

Job Purpose:

• The Project Coordinator is responsible to ensure the smooth running of Project by assisting other project manager.

Job Duties:

• Schedule meetings/ document meeting minutes
• Support preparation of project reporting
• Presentation slides preparation
• Compile team training needs
• Manage Project documentation repository.
• Assist project manager to manage the project task.
• Other administrative support where required.

Qualification

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT with 2 to 5 years working experience.

Other Skills Required:

• Meticulous
• Process driven.
• Firm in following process
• Good in PowerPoint and Excel
