Job Responsibility
- Maintain and update internal records and documentation.
- Provide support to management by preparing reports, summaries, and other correspondence as required.
- Manage office supplies, handle calls, and perform other ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
- Support basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
- Minimum SPM or above
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Must be able to converse in English / Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience / skills in account management/ good communication would be an advantage.
