Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and update internal records and documentation.
  • Provide support to management by preparing reports, summaries, and other correspondence as required.
  • Manage office supplies, handle calls, and perform other ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
  • Support basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or above
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to converse in English / Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience / skills in account management/ good communication would be an advantage.
