  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Oracle NetSuite Technical Consultant at Loob Holding Sdn. Bhd, based in Petaling Jaya. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and support services to our internal business users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze their technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet business user needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct system analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Train and support end-users on new technologies and systems.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of business user data and systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Strong knowledge of technology and industry trends
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SuiteBundler, SuiteAnalytics, and other NetSuite tools.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and techniques, such as REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
