  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility :

  • Oversee purchasing activities from sourcing to order placement.

Evaluate potential suppliers to enhance procurement options.

  • Compare pricing and terms from various suppliers for competitiveness. • Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment. • Issue accurate purchase orders to selected suppliers.
  • Track orders for timely delivery and resolve issues.
  • Record invoice details for efficient payment processing.
  • Verify that invoices match purchase orders and received goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices for reference and audits.
