Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the foodservice industry and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional service.
• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the foodservice sector, including restaurants, catering companies, and institutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including food items, kitchen supplies, and equipment, to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Order Management: Assist clients with order placement, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, while addressing any issues that may arise.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective product distribution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the foodservice or distribution industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Knowledge of food products and industry regulations is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
