  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Handle stakeholder complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of stakeholder interactions, process students application and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Organizing and administering student records.
  • Overseeing the student admissions and leaving/graduation process.
  • Ensuring records are updated with attendance, finances, etc.
  • Performing clerical tasks, such as preparing and printing leaving certificates for students.
  • Keeping student information confidential and secure.
  • Assist finance in recovery student outstanding fee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus
  • Performance bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
