Account management
- Customer management and care – ensure customer is satisfied with every aspect of our service and delivery by keeping commitments in key moments of truth.
- Customer relationship management – ensure customer wants to continue to maintain account.
- Customer development – up-selling growth – strive to grow account year on year.
- Cross-selling internally within customer and/to associated companies to grow share of wallet.
Delivery
- Take quality job brief and ask appropriate questions where client does not initially provide required information.
- Working hand in hand with customer and recruitment manager.
- Consult clients on market conditions and offer input to compensation or duration where applicable.
- Ensure recruitment understand vacancies from Account in your hand.
- Where required conduct appropriate levels of screening in accordance with requirements.
- Monitor recruitment performance and service level.
- Monitor customers service level in providing accurate job details, market rates and feedback on candidates submitted.
- Where required support with arranging and preparing candidates for Interviews.
- Ensure feedback is provided to candidates following interviews.
Operations Systems and Process
- Obtain all required Purchase Orders/documentation in order for correct invoice and payment by customer.
- Record all activity in CRM/ATS platform and ensure support department is also on top of their activity
- Ensure payroll and invoicing set up internally is fit for effective invoicing and Cash collection.
- Ensure accuracy of all relevant data, then liaising directly with Operations team to ensure service delivery is to candidate and client satisfaction.
Development
- Generate and follow up leads to ensure you have a suitable volume of work,
- Create strategic plan to develop your accounts and to achieve your targets.
- Develop and maintain a prospect list and be prepared to take personal responsibility for sale and conversion of “hot prospects”.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma plus relevant experience.
- Degree ideal not necessity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with internal/external customers.
- Ideally had experience working for recruitment/manpower companies in customer facing role.
- Deep understanding of at least one market served.
- Ability to engage professionally with Clients and take the lead in the end-to-end business process.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
