Job Description:
Job Summary:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Good excel, Ppt resource who have some experience in reporting or dashboards.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills, with a focus on debugging and troubleshooting data processes.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fresh graduates or experienced.
Technical Skills:
- Supply Chain & Order Management experience are mandatory
- Client requires Chinese Malaysia
- Manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as Logistics/Order management, import/export operations typically with a large or complex global business unit.
- Experience in MS Suite, advance Excel knowledge is required.
- Independently executes assign task on a timely manner.
- Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement if required.Ensure high level accuracy of acquired data.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Coordinates between different Business unit to maintain and enhance the current business processes.
- Ability to perform additional tasking assign by your Manager/Team Lead, open to learn with Growth Mindset.
- Hybrid workspace, mandatory to go work from HP Office per HP Guideline.
- Must be able to travel to HP Office 3 days a week.
- Typically, 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain function.
- Develop reports and dashboards using excel and power BI.
- Good presentation skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various regions to understand their pricing needs and translate them into automated solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing systems, implementing fixes and enhancements as needed.
- Document all processes, systems, and code clearly and comprehensively.
- Drives backlog management and operations preferable with Logistic Experience.
- Experience in MS Suite.
