Job Description:

Job Summary:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Good excel, Ppt resource who have some experience in reporting or dashboards.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills, with a focus on debugging and troubleshooting data processes.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fresh graduates or experienced.

Technical Skills:

  • Supply Chain & Order Management experience are mandatory
  • Client requires Chinese Malaysia
  • Manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as Logistics/Order management, import/export operations typically with a large or complex global business unit.
  • Experience in MS Suite, advance Excel knowledge is required.
  • Independently executes assign task on a timely manner.
  • Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement if required.Ensure high level accuracy of acquired data.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Coordinates between different Business unit to maintain and enhance the current business processes.
  • Ability to perform additional tasking assign by your Manager/Team Lead, open to learn with Growth Mindset.
  • Hybrid workspace, mandatory to go work from HP Office per HP Guideline.
  • Must be able to travel to HP Office 3 days a week.
  • Typically, 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain function.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using excel and power BI.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various regions to understand their pricing needs and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing systems, implementing fixes and enhancements as needed.
  • Document all processes, systems, and code clearly and comprehensively.
  • Drives backlog management and operations preferable with Logistic Experience.
  • Experience in MS Suite.
