Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives across various channels and must have a strong knowledge base and experience in marketing, digital strategies, sales, content creation, branding, and data analytics. This role is integral to business growth and requires a strategic thinker capable of executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and achieve business objectives.

Duties and responsibilities :

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

2. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.

3. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion efforts.

4. Content Creation: Oversee content strategy and creation across multiple platforms, ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.

5. Brand Management: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

6. Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Adjust strategies based on insights gained.

7. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

9. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies.

10. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support various initiatives and objectives.

Qualification and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and data analytics.

- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth.

- Strategic visionary, a forward-thinking individual who can anticipate market shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Resilient and adaptable. Resilient in the face of challenges and adaptable new situations.

- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media best practices.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
