  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our production processes within the Electronics Manufacturing Services sector. Your expertise will drive efficiency improvements, streamline workflows, and ensure quality compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive time studies and motion analyses across all production stages (SMT, MI, Backend) to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Maintain and analyze accurate cycle time data in our MRP system to support effective production planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in line setup preparations and process change implementations, including coordination of industrial engineering-related purchases.
  • Utilize CAD software to design, optimize, and update plant layouts, enhancing workflow efficiency and space utilization.
  • Perform detailed cost analyses to identify and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising product quality.
  • Work closely with various departments to align manufacturing processes with business objectives and actively participate in cross-functional meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
