We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Assist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance, possesses strong organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to the success of our organization.
Job Title: Account Assist
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Kolombong BSA , Kota Kinabalu.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Bank Reconciliation: Helping in reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Data Entry: Ensure accurate and efficient entry of financial data into the system.
Support Audits: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
General Administrative Tasks: Provide support to the finance department with day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Software Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software (Autocount , SQL etc.).
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
