Farmasi An-Nisa’ Sdn. Bhd. are urgently looking for candidates who are looking for new opportunity of Pharmacy Assistant, to be located in Puncak Alam, Selangor.

This position required you to be responsible in providing customer service, managing inventory, handling orders, maintaining accurate records and assisting other tasks related to the pharmacy operations.

Job Scope:

Providing customer service in interacting with customers and clinic representatives.
Ensure the inventory is accurately controlled, organized and accounted for.
Summarize on the clinic orders and invoice.
Verify on stock new arrival and ensure that it meet the invoice details.
Take orders from clinic and communicate with them for new orders.
Keep track of incoming and outgoing of stocks as well update on stock valuations.
Monitor on stock level and inform the manager on stock update.
Filing of invoice.
Arrange the delivery order for clinic.
Prepare invoice for clinic.
Responsible to fulfilling the clinics or hospitals order.
Monitor Poliklinik An-Nisa' stock level from time to time.
Ready to promote pharmacy products and services to clinics and hospitals.
Responsible for full pharmacy management.
