Senior Sales Training Specialist

Years of Experience Required: 5+ years

Education Level: Bachelor's degree or higher

BU: Business Training, Business Growth and Operation, Commercial Cross Border Payment Business Unit, International BG, Ant International

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensuring strategic alignment of the training planning with business goals;

Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders based in different regions and using needs assessments

Developing and delivering effective training solutions that meet business needs, especially tailored training solutions to foster individual and team growth of the Commercial teams across regions

Executing training programs independently and deliver training sessions for positive feedback

Supporting the trainers and programs with your expertise, communication skills and problem solving skills

Evaluating trainer performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance

Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International trade, Human Resources, Education, Psychology;

Proved experience in designing and implementing training programs as a sales trainer; training team lead experience is a Plus;

Working proficiency and excellency in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders from English speaking countries; Proficiency in Mandarin is a Plus;

Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;

A good team player who is able to collaborate with trainers within the training team, as well as stakeholders from different departments and time zones

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
