  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive software testing (manual and automated) to identify bugs and ensure optimal functionality of the product.
  • Collaborate with development teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Work closely with product managers to define test cases and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of QA best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Provide end-user support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Ensure product documentation is accurate and up-to-date, facilitating smooth user experiences.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure code stability after updates or changes.
  • Analyze and track key QA metrics, such as defect density and open defect counts.
  • Support deployment processes by conducting pre-release testing and reviewing release notes.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in QA automation, fintech software, and testing methodologies.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in a fintech environment.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman) and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to testing.
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, and fintech regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
