Role Description

  • This role involves handling customer service inquiries exclusively through live chat and email, with no phone calls required.

This position is a 1-year renewable contract for an on-site Customer Support Specialist role at Beyonssoft Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, with rotating shifts. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to address client needs on a day-to-day basis.

Duties and Responsibility

1.Provide customer service to VIP players via IM communication, emails, tickets etc., to improve user satisfaction and promote game branding.

2.Respond to specific questions and issues from players; get headquarter team's support to understand and solve the issue.

3.Conduct friendly communication with players, respond to game inquiries, and deal with user complaints.

4.Collect and summarize players' suggestions on game products, provide timely feedback to players once got confirmed.

5.Conduct user research on game product through questionnaires or online communication.

6.Support service localization incl. FAQ, email, script etc.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor or above degree.

2.Passion in games and has good understanding in moba/FPS games. Total game hours and expertise level will be a plus.

3.Domonstrate excelllent communication skill. High empathy level, able to understand players' feelings and offer care & support to them.

4.Responsible and dedicated to players' requests and provide timely reply.

5.Job experience in customer service or game industry will be highly preferred.

6.Competency in MS office incl. word, excel etc.
