Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Account Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be a MALAYSIAN national fluent in English language with an in-depth understanding of market environment in the Brokerage Services (FX & CFDs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and expanding a client portfolio through email and phone communications.
- Daily handling of new client leads. Promoting our diverse range of products and services to clients.
- Proactively following up on queries and promptly providing customer feedback.
- Keeping clients informed about new products and promotions.
- Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve specified objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in account management, preferably in the FX and CFDs industry.
- Strong understanding of the FX & CFDs market and trading practices. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed.
