Job Responsibilities

  • A hunter who is resourceful with an all-out sales approach and highly determined to acquire new accounts - at least 5 years of effective elevator pitches and winning the confidence of clients to embark on long-term relationships with the company;
  • Creative, quick to grasp concepts and able to tailor IT business solutions to meet clients’ needs that will not only solve problems but also add value to their day-to-day business operations/ long-term business output;
  • Service-minded, empathetic, responsive and a problem solver - as clients look to you as their main point of contact/ dedicated business partner, they expect nothing but the best from you especially in servicing problems, initiating and completing tasks quickly and accurately;
  • Proactive in reaching out to the right stakeholders across all levels and functions at CelcomDigi and clients’ organizations;
  • Fantastic at convincing and negotiating contracts and agreements so that they are mutually benefiting for clients and CelcomDigi;
  • Flexible with timing and ready to travel to meet and service clients nationwide;
  • Self-initiated, a team player and sensitive to external changes in the market.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education in relevant field of study.
  • Ideal candidate should be with minimum 5 – 10 years of progressive experience in IT/ Technology/ Telco business and key account management in either sales field.
  • Strong communications skills, PR skills, strategic skills, execution skills, charismatic skills and general skills.
  • Dynamic builder of relationships with key customers and operations.
  • Sales experience selling Telco/ ICT solutions to large corporate companies in Oil and Gas sector is an added advantage.
  • Personal traits: positive, passionate, collaborative, simple, trustworthy, creative, brave.
  • Pleasant personality with commendable attitude.
  • A self-starter, proactive, committed, disciplined, energetic, team player with leadership qualities.
  • Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
