What Will I be Doing?
- Assist on monitoring the Assignment Remuneration Update Form (ARUF) submitted to HR Operation to ensure it is action within the given timeline
- Assist on preparing leave calculation for resignees and follow-up with line managers on the last physical date
- Follow up on letters with ASK HR and thereafter submit the letters to Head of HR, Head of SSC, Head of Department for signature via One Span
- Assist to monitor on the queries raised by employees on Compensation and Benefits via C&B mailbox
- Assist C&B Specialist on ensuring the ePfile is maintained and documents are in placed
- Assist C&B Specialist on excel reporting (eg VLOOKUP data)
