IT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting existing system such as ERP, OA etc.
• Provide training and technical support to business users on matters related to systems.
• Collaborating with different departments to understand their needs and challenges.
• To assist SEA plant’s local IT.
• To maintain and consolidates SEA plant's IT documents and assets.
• To assist or maintain SEA plants' server.
• To assist management on business data analysis.
• To complete the task assigned by the superior.

Key Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience. Knowledge of ERP and OA system will be an added advantage.
• This role requires close collaboration with our team in China, and experience in this region along with proficiency in the relevant languages will be highly beneficial.
• Must be comfortable working in a team-based environment as well as being able to work independently.
• Experience working in a regional role would be advantageous.
• Good in Microsoft Office Application: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin will be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
