Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Asst. General Manager (AGM) and Sales Team in coordinating and executing targeted sales initiatives.
  • Communicate with clients to provide information on convention services and reservation details.
  • Prepare and distribute materials for events order and meetings, including menus and presentations.
  • Organize all documentation and filing.
  • Assist AGM and sales team to preparing quotation to clientele.
  • Update and maintain customer database.
  • Coordinate site visits or inspection for potential clients and assist with event set-up.
  • Manage sales team's calendars and schedules, including hall booking arrangements.
  • Do the telemarketing and blast email to tap new and repeated client.
  • Collaborate with other operation departments to ensure smooth delivery of services for clients during events .
  • Preparing group forecast by weekly and submitted to AGM and others department.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM600.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
