Job Responsibilities:

  • Full life cycle recruiting: End-to end recruitment process including preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fulfill manpower within time frame.
  • Source candidate proactively from various recruitment online portal and offline channel.
  • Manager all recruitment platforms and build relationships by linking up with school, college and universities.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, follow-up with sense of urgency and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
