  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating with business users for requirements gathering

• Providing analysis, support and documentation for clients and internal teams

• Liaising with the Development team to effectively communicate the requirements.

• In depth testing to ensure the quality of the requirement is met, including Regression, acceptance, and functional testing.

• Assisting internal teams and end business users through the entire project life cycle

• Providing analysis, support and documentation for clients and internal teams

• Assisting the Operations team to analyze software issues.

• Recognize new opportunities with existing and new business users.

• Product upgrades and installations for internal and client environments

Required skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of 2:1 Degree in a technology and/or business-related discipline

• Domain experience in the international Investment Bank / Capital Markets / Post Trade (Stockbroking/Securities, Equity Trading, Forex/Fx)

• Experience of analyzing processes and understanding business requirements for producing requirements analysis

• Experience in capturing and documenting requirements from business users • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across the company; both internally and externally

• Able to understand and explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner. • Experience in creating and executing test strategies.

• Experience in testing (both manual and automated)

• Strong team player, willing to assist all teams in the software development lifecycle but equally motivated to work efficiently independently.

• Experience of creating and delivering training

• Product Owner experience and executing on a product roadmap.

• Awareness of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, DSDM and Kanban

• Agile BA certified

• Knowledge of SQL/ Oracle

• Knowledge of Jira (or an equivalent ticket/call logging system)

Experience – 5 – 8 Yrs.
