Position Overview

Provides administrative support to the Operation function and Faculty Support team.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordination of internal and external meeting, including logistic and venue arrangement
  • Support events coordination
  • Office facility and manage the stock-up of office stationary
  • Coordinate the expenses claim process for the Chief Operating Officer
  • Business travel arrangement (including air-ticket booking, transportation from/to the airport, local transportation arrangement to/from hotel/accommodation)
  • To support other procurement activities.

Job Requirements

Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A successful track record of 1-3 years in a similar position.
