  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Consultant Manager to spearhead customer engagements in delivering Oracle’s Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful business outcomes, aligning Oracle’s best practices and methodologies with client needs, and driving the functional aspects of OFSAA implementations. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex financial and compliance regulations and ensuring the effective use of Oracle products, particularly in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Enterprise Case Management (ECM), and Know Your Customer (KYC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle OFSAA products, with a focus on understanding and fulfilling customer business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements and map them to Oracle’s best practice solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in OFSAA modules such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Enterprise Case Management (ECM), and Know Your Customer (KYC).
  • Guide clients through regulatory compliance challenges, particularly in the financial crime and compliance domain, ensuring that solutions align with local and global regulations.
  • Assist in configuring OFSAA modules to fit business needs, ensuring the system supports business workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure smooth delivery of OFSAA solutions, from initial scoping through post-go-live support.
  • Facilitate user training sessions to ensure clients maximize the potential of OFSAA solutions in their business operations.
  • Lead functional testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases to validate the alignment of solutions with business objectives.
  • Actively contribute to project governance, ensuring clear communication, risk management, and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in consulting, particularly in financial services, compliance, or regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in AML, KYC, ECM, or other financial crime management solutions, preferably with exposure to OFSAA.
  • Proven track record in leading functional implementations of enterprise software solutions, including business process analysis and solution design.
  • Excellent understanding of financial services industry practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance trends.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of managing client relationships and ensuring successful stakeholder buy-in at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and articulate these to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience with Oracle OFSAA solutions, particularly in implementing AML, KYC, or ECM modules.
  • Exposure to large-scale projects, working across diverse teams, and managing stakeholders from different functional areas.
  • Knowledge of financial services processes such as risk management, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
