  • Work closely with sales team transportation activities, collecting parcels and packing parcels before courier.
  • Arrange dispatch schedule to ensure parcels are delivered to clients according to the schedule provided.
  • Responsible for compiling office monthly bills and ensuring all monthly bill payments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with building maintenance for office maintenance as and when needed (e.g. aircon, electricity, plumbing etc). Schedule calendar booking and send it to the manager as and when an appointment is confirmed.
  • Keep track of receipts of office expenses and expenditures, and prepare petty cash records, monthly records have to be updated by the 30th/31st of the month and liaise with Finance to ensure petty cash reimbursed on time
  • Responsible to coordinate all staff travel arrangement, flight & accommodation as and when needed.
  • Liaise with Marketing department to compile name card requests and ensure requests submitted for processing latest by 20th of the month.
  • Assist Human Resources and Finance team in business expenses claim checking.
  • Assist HR team for all recruitment operation matters.
  • Assist in HR data compilation or data entry, mainly for system migration.
  • Support training coordination or administration matter.
  • Support employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in HR transformation projects.
