As an Digital & E-commerce Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the online retail experience, driving sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction.   • Establish workflows and standards for entering, analyzing and pulling data in the CRM platform
  • Spot ways to improve usage of the eCommerce channel through automations and back-end refinements
  • Accelerate Omni-channel strategy internationally
  • Develop e-commerce marketing strategies to meet growth targets.
  • Will be responsible for e-commerce marketing calendars, campaign strategies, tactics, action plans and timelines.
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track and analyse the traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Attain key performance indicators, Drive strategies and action plan to increase traffic bounce rate, increase traffic, acquire new customers, increase conversion rate and optimize sales.
  • Manage customers database- CRM
  • Day-to-day management of e-store/Apps sites and website operation (content/promotions/products/delivery).
  • Creating & maintaining listings for new products on our e-store/apps and website.
  • Verify that all product listings have accurate and high-quality images, graphics, and content.
  • Assist on customer service to provide prompt assistance, and to respond on relevant issues.
  • Coordinate with Internal teams, marketing and creatives for all marketing activities.
  • Work closely with production and operational team to ensure smooth operation of online store, including order fulfilment and logistics arrangement.
  • To carry out any other additional assignment/duties by the Superior from time to time.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years and above working experience in an online/e-commerce, MUST have hands on experience in e-commerce business operation and execution.
  • Familiar with data-driven e-store selling and logistics.
  • Great understanding on marketing and ecommerce operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, written, and verbal skills.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Skills required: advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Digital advertising, E-Store management.
  • Skills in design software, including Illustrator, After Effect, InDesign, Photoshop,will be an added advantage.
  • Strong adaptability, able to work under pressure.
