Claims Coordination:

  • Manage and process panel claims efficiently.
  • Review claim submissions and verify necessary supporting documents.
  • Liaise with panel companies, patients, and internal departments for claim settlements.
  • Track and follow up on pending claims, payments and new application to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate claim records and documentation.
  • Address any queries or discrepancies regarding claims.

Administrative Duties:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters).
  • Maintain employee records, including personal data, attendance, leave applications, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Provide support for employee onboarding and orientation.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in claim coordination, HR, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with claim processes, HR policies, and administrative duties.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
