Client Industry: Freight Forwarding Service
Location: Subang Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups (tele-marketing).
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails/ hand over to outdoor sales for physical appointment.
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
- Researching for new leads/ to build new potential client list according to company's direction.
- Keeping up to date with market changes on products/services/competitor's offer
- Upselling products and services.
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must possess higher education / Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferable candidates from telemarketing/freight forwarding/any indoor sales related experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
