Role Description

Eversendai Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking skilled and experienced HR & Administration Executive to join our team.

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Administration Executive at Eversendai Engineering located in Rawang.

  • Actively participate in recruitment of foreign workers and expatriate and its renewal.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for foreign workers, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
  • Maintain accurate records of foreign worker status, including visas, work permits, and employment contracts.
  • Act as a point of contact for foreign workers, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding their employment and legal status.
  • Liaise with Malaysian Immigration Department for Professional Expatriate Employment Pass approval, cancellation, dependents pass, special pass and other Immigration matters.
  • Compilation of documents and liaising with CIDB as per Malaysian Immigration requirement (construction site) to hire new expatriates and their renewal.
  • Fully monitor more than 300 foreign workers’ permit renewal under MYeg, on worker’s medical (FOMEMA), passport renewal and permit cancellation (check out memo)
  • Dealing with foreign local Embassies, CLAB, manpower agents and Talent Corp for new foreign workers and staff hiring.
  • Compilations of documentation for foreign workers’ work permit applications (Insurance Guarantee, SPIKPA, Bank Draft)
  • Receiving the workers at the airport and coordinating with Admin on the arrangement of their accommodation and transport etc.
  • Posting an advertisement via Job Portal and finalize the candidate to forward to the respective department/site.
  • Highlight issues pertaining to HR systems, recruitment of foreigner staff/worker and recommend solutions
  • Manage the maintenance of motor vehicles, renewal road tax and insurance
  • Ensure staff is provided with a proper workstation with facilities according to grade level
  • Ensure utilities bills are paid on time
  • Participate in licensing process ie CIDB
  • Other duties as and when required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on foreign worker management and immigration processes.
  • Strong knowledge of local immigration laws and work permit regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
