IT Executive

Job Descriptions

· Manage and monitor all infrastructure including but not limited to servers, notebooks, desktop PCs, printers, network and networking equipment are in operable condition.

· Day to day systems administration, management of network and internet traffic, systems security, disaster recovery, systems backup and maintenance.

· Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving network, hardware & software issues or faults, and liaise with external IT vendors from time to time.

· Perform research, provide technical advice for IT purchase, and liaise with vendor for systems deployment or implementation.

· Propose, develop and implement necessary actions or enhancements to IT or processes to further improve systems capability, performance, reliability, resiliency & integrity which compliance within IT standard, policies & procedures.

· Assist in any improvement projects, upgrading system projects and ads-hoc projects assigned.

· Liaise with vendors to ensure system issue, enhancement and projects are implemented as per specification and with timely feedback.

· Conduct testing, implementation, and system optimization.

· Maintain and upkeep of the CCTV and door access system.

· Participate in other ad-hoc assignments and related duties when assigned.

Job Requirement

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

· Good knowledge of Business IT Systems including application servers, email and web servers, windows operating systems and applications

· Familiar with Windows Server 2008/2012, Windows 7/8/10, Active Directory, DNS, Firewall, TCP/IP protocol, VPN, etc.

· Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintain and support on technical issues is highly desirable (network, server, computer and peripheral)

· Experience with SAP and SQL software would be an added advantage

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin

· Possess good communication skills, both spoken and written.

· Able to work independently as well as a team player.

· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
