Marketing Support Executive

Main Task and Accountabilities:

• Digital Marketing: Schedule and post content on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. Respond to inquiries and provide assistance in content creation, community postings, and general tasks as needed.
• E-Commerce: Conduct data analysis, finance reconciliation, and reporting on a weekly basis or as required. Additional tasks may include monitoring, research, and competitor analysis across various platforms.
• Customer Service: Maintain the customer database, manage lead distribution, and update weekly reports.
• Events & Projects: Assist in the preparation and execution of events, including setup and on-site support during event days. Support the team with marketing project tasks as needed.

Technical Competencies:

• Data & Reporting: Strong understanding of data extraction from various platforms and proficiency in using Excel or other tools to create timely reports. Ability to perform general analysis based on presented data.
• Digital Knowledge: General understanding of various social media platforms and e-commerce capabilities. Stay up-to-date with current trends and tools in the digital world.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Capable of drafting and responding to communications in alignment with the organization’s tone and manner.
• Time Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
