RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answering incoming calls, managing several lines simultaneously, determining the nature of the call and route the caller to the appropriate department/personnel.
  • Provide information to the callers about the laboratory services, hours of operation, location etc.
  • Take and convey the messages accurately and promptly to the intended recipients.
  • Perform minor maintenance on the telephone system when technical issue arises, such as resetting lines or trouble shooting on minor problem. If not resolve to communicate with the IT team.
  • Compile and maintain the call records and if any follow-up action is needed.
  • Generate the airway bill (if any) to send mail/packaging to branches/clients.
  • To assist in tracing reports from the local lab and do the filing, general support to the administrative of RBC.
  • Maintain the knowledge of the Lablink policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred Diploma in Medical Lab Technology or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Bahasa and English
  • Experience in laboratory environment is an advantage (< 2 years)
