Junior IT Technician

KHIND Group IT Infrastructure Executive, you will be responsible for managing and support to the maintenance of IT Infrastructure-related equipment, software, configuration to ensure a smooth operational process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Providing PC/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile phone support for the group of company.

-Providing 1st level support on IT Infrastructure (Network, Server, Cloud System, Storage, Backup etc.)

-Experience in the M365 platform and management will be required. (Microsoft 365).

-Being proactive in attending to users’ requests, identifying, and troubleshooting problems and enquiries.

-Preparing technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines and updating according to SOP.

-Ensuring the completion of new equipment setup or configuration changes according to the maintenance schedule or recommended changes.

-Assisting in IT hardware & software procurement and IT inventory management.

-Maintaining the infrastructure health by performing daily monitoring, updates, configuration review and hardware replacement when needed.

-Performing any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

To be a Successful Candidate:

-IT relevant diploma education and above

-Microsoft Windows /Apple MacOS

-Microsoft 365

-Collaborations tools

-Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

-Possesses good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with end users.

-A highly motivated individual who is willing to take the initiative and work on challenges.

-Ability to deliver value to customers, colleagues, and society through work.

-Willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
