Supervisor Transport Refrigeration

1. Supervise and Coordinate Transportation Operations:

• Manage a team of refrigerated transportation personnel, including drivers, mechanics, and dispatchers.
• Ensure that all transportation operations are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

2. Maintain Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and equipped to transport refrigerated cargo.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Investigate accidents or incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

3. Improve Operational Efficiency:

• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce waste.

4. Develop Team Members:

• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Develop performance plans to help team members achieve their goals and improve overall team performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
