Internship - Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient mode of daily operations of Finance & Accounting department.
• To learn on the entire process of Accounts Payable module which includes verifying purchase invoices against PO and acknowledged D/O and etc.
• To learn on the entire process of Accounts Receivable which includes generating physical sales invoices, posting and updating invoices and receipts from customers into the system.
• Provide support in daily as well as monthly reports.
• To learn more all the jobs performed are complying with the ISO, SOX requirements and company related audit requirements.
• Provide support in ensuring prompt and good filing.
• Any related task to be assigned by Superior which is still under basic operational needs.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/ Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Duration of 3 to 6 months internship.
• Committed and good attendance record.
• High responsibility and eye for detail.
• Hardworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• No prior experience required and willing to work in Shah Alam.
