1. To collect work schedule daily from administration department before 9:30am and return your work schedule report to them daily before 6:00pm for next day planning.

2. To follow the work listed in the work schedule and carru out as per schedule, time assigned as appointment has beenmake and fix om your behalf. Any work that cannot be completed within the time frame must be reported to Administration immediately for their planning.

3. To assist the monitoring and coordination of maintenance work and ensure that the work are done in accordance to the order and time frame.

4. To ensure to inform guard of any visitor (contractor) to our building one day before the visiting date to ensure guard allowed entry.

5. To ensure contractor or repairing is not allowed to walk freely to any unauthorized area without your supervision and they are not allowed to take any instruction of work from any staff without prior consent from administration office.

6. To ensure reasonable safety is adhere during the maintenance and ensure at all time that all work carry out by the company is compliance with local authority by law and order.

7. To effectively oversee house, open area cleaning work, landscaping, public area and safety at work.

Monthly checking of firefighting appliances to ensure equipment is functioning and periodcally waging and testing. (every alternate monthly)

8. Attending to troubleshooting of any electrical and maintenance problem reported timely.

9. Attend to maintenance of office fixture & fitting when required.

10. To submit proposal on repair reqiured and obtain consent for work/ purchase before any work is being carry out.

11. To conduct inspection audit around the building weekly to ensure the surrounding is clean, clear from mosquito breeds, usage according to management SOP and report it administration department if any abnormalities found.

12. To keep accurate inventory report to management for inspection and audits.

13. To assists MD personal/ home maintenance if required

14. To assits on GPC & termite inspection

15. To clean aircond filter, fan & exhaust fan and other fitting

16. Other responsibility as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
