  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are inviting Fresh Graduates to join Architectural industry for the new exciting project development comprising of commercial buildings such as hotels, shopping complexes, high end residence and corporates offices at Kuala Lumpur TRX and PNB 118. Office location is based at Kajang.

Job Summary

  • Update contact person for tender information and datelines.
  • Update to company clients and suppliers databases.
  • Assist in tender preparation and timely submission.
  • Tabulate tender requirements and terms for qualifications.
  • Calculate BQ and Pricing, verify accuracy for details and revise pricing and details when required.
  • Compile supporting's & submit tender timely.
  • Check feedback on tender positioning and prospects.
  • Issue tender acceptance and confirmation letters.
  • Lead kick off meeting with project team for mobilization preparations.
  • Control of mobilization costs and certify work progress reports.
  • Negotiate for materials purchasing, quality, quantity and mobilization schedules.
  • Prepare award letter to subcontractors, trade specialist and manpower suppliers.
  • Monitor progress payments from main contractors.
  • Update Management contractual issues and variations.
  • Certify work progress and variation orders by contractors.
  • Submit progress claims and schedule programs.
  • Prepare Account Finalization and Handover.

Requirements.

  • Diploma or Degree in QS/ Relevant
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome.
  • Available Immediately.
  • Based at Kajang

Remark.

  • Shortlisted candidate will be invited for face to face interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
