The Commitment

• Be the primary consultant on 3-5 clients at any time for whom you are their primary systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficiencies.
• Be comfortable working with senior executives regularly.
• Become an expert on the NetSuite application
• Work closely with appficiency leaders to deliver client projects.
• Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality.
• Solution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training

The Essentials

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting
• Other related solutions experience will also be considered (e.g., PBCS, Hyperion Planning, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning).
• Experience in developing NSPB/PBCS business rule and member formulas.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Solution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training
• Comfortable to work on EST Time zone

Nice to Have

• Experience in developing, supporting custom-built NSPB solution (Non-Suite Success)
• Experience with NSAW or other Business Intelligence (BI) solution (e.g., PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Tableau)
• Experience with other Oracle/NetSuite EPM solutions (e.g., Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation)
• Experience with Groovy scripting for business rule
• Excellent NSPB/PBCS solution presentation skills
