Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager(s) to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The successful candidates will ensure efficient restaurant operation while maintaining high standards of production, productivity, quality, and customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant's financial performance, staff management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule shifts to optimize labour cost efficiency, track employee hours, and manage payroll data.
  • Coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, maintaining safety and standard of food quality
  • Manage and responsible for the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the outlet
  • Promote the restaurant within the local community through word-of-mouth and organized events.
  • To ensure that all stocks and supplies are timeously requested, correct stock levels maintained and stored under optimum conditions.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide constructive ideas or feedback to increase the outlet's sales performance.
  • To provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of subordinates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
