An E-Commerce Manager is responsible for handling the online retail operations of a business, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving revenue growth through various
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies tailored to the jewellery sector, focusing on brand positioning and market penetration.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust strategies effectively.
2. Website Management (all e-comm platform):
- Oversee the e-commerce website, ensuring high-quality images and descriptions that reflect the luxury and craftsmanship of the jewellery product and conceptualisation.
- Manage the product catalogue, including seasonal collection and exclusive designs.
3. Digital Marketing (branding & ads platform):
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote jewellery collections, sales events and brand stories.
- Utilize social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok to engage customers and showcase jewellery visually.
4. Analytic and Reporting:
- Analyze website performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPI’s) and make data-driven recommendations to enhance e-commerce performance.
5. Supply Chain and Fulfilment:
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics team to manage inventory levels, especially for high-value items.
- Address any issues related to order fulfilment, shipping and returns ensuring a premium customer experience.
6. Team Leadership:
- Lead, monitor and develop the e-commerce team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving sales goals.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPI’s) and make data-driven recommendations to enhance e-commerce performance.
7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for marketing campaigns and operational needs.
- Monitor expenses related to promotions, advertising and logistics, optimizing for better ROI.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Specialization in jewellery design, gemology, or luxury marketing is an advantage.
2. Experience:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail management, specifically within the jewellery or luxury goods sector (minimum 3 years).
3. Language:
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa (Preferred).
4. Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable and hands-on with the full e-commerce process, from online marketplace to logistics.
- Self-motivated and dedicated, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and advertising for e-commerce.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
