Lorry Driver

General Summary:

To loading, unloading, transportation and delivery items to clients or business in a safe, timely manner. Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Principal Responsibilities:

· Report directly to the Head of Department on all important/problems.

· Loading and unloading item according to delivery order or relevant documents.

· Ensuring goods are safely secured.

· To ensure that the vehicle is maintained in good condition, clean & tidy at all times

· Follow and comply with all road & traffic rules at all times.

· To operate the assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner

· Report defects, accident or violations

· Transport goods to/from site to suppliers, within the Klang Valley or outstation

· Map delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries

· Collect and verify delivery instruction

· Check quality and quantity of goods at site project before collect to the company

· Perform daily inspection of your vehicle prior to and following each trip

· Maintain and service vehicles as needed (refuel, change oil, tire pressure, repairs etc)

· Involve monthly stock count if required

· Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift.

· Any other duties as instructed by the management from time to time subject to change when necessary.

Requirements:

*Candidates must possess valid driving license based on lorry requirement such as E or GDL

*Able to drive forklift will be advantage

*Able to go to outstation when needed

*Must have good attitude and responsibilities at work

*Must be Malaysian Citizen

*Clear driving record and never been convicted on a criminal charge

*Able to use driving navigation devices such as GPS and others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Truck Driving: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's Licence (Required)

• 100% (Required)
